On 18 August, 25 hospitality, business, government and industry leaders came together at Bar Madrid in Norwood for Stories from Hospitality: Behind the Bar - an invitation-only conversation presented collaboratively by Bar Madrid and MILCO Media as part of Small Business Week.

Hosted by Bar Madrid owners Cat Morgan and David Espana, the evening brought together a panel of industry voices to explore the realities behind running a hospitality business today.
